Directions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 12-hole muffin tin.
In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, grated cheese, eggs, milk, and flour.
Add spring onions, salt, pepper, and garlic powder if using. Mix until smooth and creamy.
