4-Ingredient Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak

Ingredients (4 Total)

  • 1½ lbs ground beef

  • 1 packet onion soup mix

  • 2 cups beef gravy (or 2 jars)

  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms (optional but counted as an ingredient)

Instructions

  1. Form the Patties
    Shape ground beef into 4–6 oval patties.

  2. Layer in the Slow Cooker
    Place patties in the bottom of the slow cooker.

  3. Add the Gravy
    Sprinkle onion soup mix over the top.
    Pour in beef gravy and add mushrooms.

  4. Slow Cook Until Tender

    • LOW: 6–7 hours

    • HIGH: 3–4 hours

  5. Serve Hot
    Spoon the thick onion gravy over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles

  6. Serving Ideas

    • Creamy mashed potatoes

    • Buttered noodles

    • Steamed green beans

    • Dinner rolls for dipping
