1 packet onion soup mix

2 cups beef gravy (or 2 jars)

2 cups sliced mushrooms (optional but counted as an ingredient)
Instructions

Form the Patties
Shape ground beef into 4–6 oval patties. -
Layer in the Slow Cooker
Place patties in the bottom of the slow cooker. -
Add the Gravy
Sprinkle onion soup mix over the top.
Pour in beef gravy and add mushrooms. -
Slow Cook Until Tender
