Crockpot Steak Bites: Irresistibly Tender & Flavorful

Instructions

  1. Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels for better browning.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.

  3. Place steak cubes in the crockpot and pour marinade over. Stir to coat evenly.

  4. Top with butter pieces.

  5. Cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours until tender.

  6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or as an appetizer.

For a thicker sauce, remove steak at the end, whisk 1 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp water into juices, and cook on HIGH for 10 minutes.
Chuck roast or stew meat can be used instead of sirloin but may require longer cooking.
Great served with mashed potatoes, rice, or crusty bread to soak up the sauce.

Notes & Tips

  • Thicker Sauce: Remove steak at the end. Whisk 1 tablespoon cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water, stir into juices, and cook on HIGH for 10 minutes until thickened.

  • Alternative Cuts: Chuck roast or stew meat can be used but may require slightly longer cooking.

  • Extra Flavor: Add a splash of balsamic vinegar or a pinch of red pepper flakes for depth.

Savory, buttery, and packed with garlic flavor, these steak bites are easy enough for a weeknight but impressive enough for guests.
